Once confirmed, we send the agreed amount to your address and share the TXID.

Domestic bank transfers. Account details are shared in chat with your quote.
SWIFT / international wires accepted. Ask in chat which currencies we currently take.
All fees are included in the quote you receive. No hidden charges.

The key points of our terms in plain language.
We don't collect names, IDs, IP addresses, cookies or location data, and we keep no transaction logs or chat history after a swap is done.
The rate you're quoted is honoured if funds arrive within the quote window (usually 30 minutes).
If a trade can't be completed, funds are returned to the sending address minus network fees.
Funds that arrive after the window are re-quoted at the current market rate, or refunded on request.
Funds sent on the wrong network, or to a wrong address you provided, may not be recoverable.
We may decline or cancel any trade at our discretion, with a full refund of any funds received.
We will only ever contact you from the handles listed on this page. Never send funds to anyone else claiming to be us.
